Evening yoga practice

  • Observation, awareness and learning through experience of the principles of alignment (both physical and mental), and the postures of Ashtanga yoga primary series, to help develop a refined and satisfying practice.
  • Introduction to pranayama and deep relaxation.
  • Partner work.
